Carol (Halstead) was excellent at determining the wants and requirements we were looking for in a house.  Crandall/Clabaugh	Barb (Maxon) was amazing.  This was the first time I had worked with a realtor for buying a home.  She made the stress of buying seem less overwhelming.  It was not a smooth road but Barb stayed calm and relaxed which eased our minds.  I know of other realtors and am friends with a few but I am truely glad that Barb took us on as clients.  She even answered her phone and didn't make it seem as though we were annoying her!  (I had many questions and the few realtors I have as friends never seem to want to answer their phones).  I am very impressed by Barb and if she is the norm at Century 21, then I am very impressed with Century 21 as well.  Lidgett
