As I was day dreaming the other day, I thought I would look at www.siouxlandhomes.com and see what was on the market these days for a home on the West or North side of Sioux City in the price range of $175,000 to $185,000.  I couldn't believe it - - I have 4 to choose from!  So, then I expanded my search to $155,000 to $175,000.  It only increased it to 12.  I am the Project Manager for Pro-Link Realty, and not a realtor, but I really think this shows that our inventory of homes on the market is extremely low.
