The $8,000 tax credit for 1st time home buyers that ended last November, has been extended.  Not only that, there's now a deal for 2nd and 3rd time homebuyers.  But not's the time to take advantage of Sioux City's newest residents:  Tim, Una, Luca and Maria Ernesti.  Read on to learn more for recent Pro-Link clients who took advantage of the $6,500 tax credit.

Congress extended the Tax Credit for home buyers through April 30, 2010, but  time is running out quickly so it's time to act now.  If you have lived in your current home for at least 5 years and you want to trade up, you could qualify for a $6,500 tax credit.  If you've never bought a home before, you may qualify for an $8,000 credit.

Everyone likes free money - don't let this opportunity slip by!

If you have considered purchasing a new appliance, now is the time for South Dakiota and Nebraska Residents!  Rebates are available!  Nebraska residents rebates go into effect next month.

Here's a quick recap of what you can earn:

Iowa

• Furnaces, $200 to $400; Air conditioners, $100 to $200; Hot water heaters, $100 to $200; Refrigerators, $200 to $500; Dishwashers, $200 to $250; Clothes washers, $200.

South Dakota

• Clothes washers, $100; Dishwashers, $75; Refrigerators, $150; Freezers, $150; Water heaters, $125.
