The offices carpet is going to be installed next week.  

Thank you to everyone that attended the Open House Celebration last night.  We had 166 people register for the door prize, and I know a lot of you didn't even take a chance at winning the TV.  So, in my estimation there were over 450 people at the event.  Rhonda Holmberg was the winner of the door prize, a 20" LCD TV.

We really want to thank Chef Paul for providing the delicious food and service to our guests for this event.

We'll the diary of our buid-out for the Pro-Link Realty office is wrapping up now that the ribbon is cut.  Watch this blog for updates on Real Estate Market updates & Siouxland Community Information.

Most our visitors have been using the back door to check our the new office.  However, starting today, the Pro-Link Office front entrance is now open for clients & visitors.  Here's your own personal tour of the entrance of Pro-Link Realty's Office.  Don't forget to put the Open House on your calendar - Tuesday, February 19th from 2:00 - 7:00 pm. 

Below, you are looking at the receptionist desk, which is just south of the hallway.  The abstract art on the front of the desk (of the Pro-Link Realty Logo) was designed by Nathan Kalaher. 

Below is the waiting area to the north of the hallway.  The paintings were done by Jamie Bowers.  The furniture is from Ikea.  The wood floor was layed by Dave's Wood Floors.

Pro-Link Realty agents started moving in their stuff for their offices on Monday morning, February 11th starting at 7:30 a.m.  We're still getting settled.  Open House on February 19th from 2:00 - 7:00.

One of the neat features of this project is the lighting at night and the unique marketing opportunities this will provides, especially since you don't want large signs in this Historic District.  Here are some picture from night prior to the signs & window markings going up.

The back wall in Kyle's office will have a large PLR logo on it.

Today is the last day for the contractors in the space.  A lot of finishing touches will be happening today.  On Friday, the cleaners start wipping everything down.  There is a TON of dust in there!  Then Saturday & Sunday is the big move.  Monday morning the front door will unlock for the first time!

Carpet was installed in most of the office on Monday.  The rest will be finished up on Tuesday.

Here's my office!  Red is associated with passion, love & excitement.  It's going to make me love coming to work even more everyday!

The color blue is associated with honesty, loyalty, integrity & coolness.  Does this color make you think these things?  Guess which of our agents chose the color blue! 

The last color will go up today and then carpet will be installed.
