The concrete floor had cracked over the years in the space. So, it had to be removed and new concrete layed. We took out the large window on the back side of the building in order to have the chunks of concrete hauled out. Plumbing & Electrical was layed out. Then, the new concrete was layed. This is about a week process.
I was so excited about all the work being done in the office, I had to post this before leaving the office on Friday afternoon. The walls to my office are going up, cement is being poured & the ceiling paint is looking fabulous! Check back Monday for more updates & new listings from the weekend!
The sandblasting of the inside walls & ceiling was completed by Merchant Painting & Sandblasting.
Blankenship Meir will be completeing the painting of the ceiling over the next 2 days. Some of the ceiling beams will be left natural and some of the beams will be painted black to give it a unique look.

Today they are pouring the 2nd half of the floor. This picture was taken with our back against the window that was taken out and facing west. The wall you see built up there is part of Kyle Kelly's office wall. You actually will go down 3 steps to get to his office.
Check back tomorrow as they will begin painting the ceiling. Framing the walls starts on Friday!
